The tour meets in the center of Piazza del Popolo, right by the large fountain with the lions and the obelisk. The nearest metro stop is Flaminio (Line A), and the closest bus stop is Passeggiata Ripetta (bus 628, 301, C3 and N25).
Your guide will have a sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition.
